Apparel Fabrics
Our customers value us for delivering on time and within budget. We select the best suitable materials to each project. We are good at finding the balance between the bag shape, craft, quality and cost.
Apparel fabrics have a better feeling and let bag shape more natural, but most apparel fabrics are very thin and slippery to sew so that the workmanship is much diffcult. HENRON Bag is specialized in using apparel fabric onto the bags to make it to be a distinctive one, for example: downy fabric, Neoprene, glitter.
PU/PVC/Semi-PU
- PVC (Polyvinyl chloride):
PVC is a synthetic resin that is durable, flexible, and lightweight. It is water-resistant and easy to clean, making it a popular choice for luggage and bags. However, it is less scratch-resistant and has a lower quality appearance compared to other materials. - PU (Polyurethane):
PU synthetic leather is known for being soft, flexible, and more eco-friendly compared to PVC. It feels more like real leather and has a high-end look. However, it’s not as water-resistant as PVC and may require special care to maintain its quality. - Semi-PU:
Semi-PU is a combination of PVC and PU that has the advantages of both materials. It has a PVC base with a layer of PU on the surface, which gives it a similar feel and look to PU synthetic leather. It’s more durable and scratch-resistant than PVC, but still has some water resistance.
Cotton
Cotton is a soft and comfortable material. It’s a highly breathable material, which makes it suitable for bags that are used in warm climates. Cotton is easy to dye, so it’s available in a wide range of colors and prints.
Natural organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Farming cotton this way has less impact on our planet (nature, people, animals), health and the people growing the cotton. Our organic cotton is GOTs certified, is definitely a sustainable choice as well.
Waxed canvas is coming back and will be the trend.
Recycled Fabrics
Henron value the environment and advocate the use of more environmentally friendly materials to make bags. Recycled PET(RPET), recycled Nylon, recycled cotton are 3 of the recycled fabrics that is already widely used, but there are many more recycled fabrics that need to be known, such as Pineapple Fiber, Bamboo Leather, Lyocell, Recycled PU, Recycled PVB.
